The Way Training Center offers housing to people who have experienced crisis due to life-controlling disorders. This residential care is long-term housing (12-months) and the potential students must meet the requirements for the application process. Staff and volunteers will carry out the daily activities and oversight. It is in the residential care program that the basic humanitarian needs of the students are met (i.e. food, water, shelter, clothing, etc.).  It is in the residential care that the student will receive the support for a transformed life: vocational training, character development classes, support groups, and daily Christian discipleship.
